Sat 6th May
I didn’t sleep very well and was woken up by Pauline because my alarm had not gone off. It had turned out her and Amy had been awake most of the night and had been listening out for the last 30 mins for us to get up.
We were all ready and
setting off at 3.30am [info]lyntook picked us up. Claire spent most of the
time worrying that her hair would not curl I spent most of the time sleeping
I was later told that I was snoring and feeling very tired.
Finally found the hotel at about 8.30 got into our costumes and met people
inside we saw we met with Marie Sara and Emma the girl we met when we were
at the ROTK premier we in fact ended up sharing a hostel room with her and
her mum.
We went and got all out virtual tickets first and noticed most LOTR guests
had not arrived yet. We did go and see Thomas Robbins Bruce and Sala though
who are always really nice guys. We then met Kyla who we know from the Fellowship
Festival Forum.
Then off for the press
call for press call Kt and Clair and a couple of her friends as well as
Marie hailed a taxi and went off in it. We could not find one to hail so
we asked one of the guys outside the venue and they told us to go and ask
at one of the hotels to call us one.
So we went round the corner chatting away to our selves Claire and Pauline
in front then they stop dead and we nearly bump into them they are pointing
and we hear someone say and here are some now. I look over and it’s
Billy I also saw his girlfriend but she went in straight away. We were all
in costume and Billy had his camera and asked us to pose then he took a
picture of us we were like this is so weird to him we later said to each
other that we hoped he didn’t think we were stalking him. We all got
pictures taken with him and then off he went Claire then went in to call
a taxi he saw her as he was checking and asked what she was doing she told
him she was calling a taxi he gave her a hug. We seemed to wait forever
for a taxi and we were getting more and more paranoid that Billy might think
we were stalking him so we really hoped it would come soon.
